We make a diagnosis of information necessities that on a later stage, will dictate what information necessities that on a later stage, will dictate what information will be collected and how it will be collected.

2. OBTAINING INFORMATION – To obtain information.
This phase follows very strict parameters.
To choose how and which way in a short time to obtain reliable and assertive information it is directed related with that information.
For further information go to Data Gathering section.

3. INTERPRETATION – Reverses on organisation, to process, order and interpret the collected information. Their role is to serialise only the information strictly necessary and relevant to the necessities of the mission or project. It is known that the excess of information generates non information.

4. ANALYSIS AND REPORTS – Its function is to collect information so that is recorded in a precise, concise and assertive so that information becomes in fact a valuable tool for decision and that meets the objectives.

5. DISTRIBUTION – Determines how and to who is the information addressed. Determines similarly, the type of information will be provided in each report.
